The first time I made these a made some changes in the recipe and the meatballs were good. The second time I made these I followed the recipe exactly and the meatballs were delicious! Thanks Giada!

My dad made these a couple times and raved about them, so much so that I had to make them myself. I almost opted for white turkey meat instead but went for the dark and am sure glad I did so. These meatballs are AWESOME. Such a simple recipe but so flavorful, tender and delicious. Served them over spaghetti squash first time and then used leftovers in sandwiches. Great recipe!

These meatballs were delicious. I couldn't believe such simple ingredients could make this taste so wonderful. I am not a huge fan of ground turkey but gave it a shot. I also made the simple tomato sauce even though I usually make my own from scratch. I enjoyed the sauce as well and am considering including the celery and carrots in my own recipe to give my non-eating vegetable family some more vitamins!

These were such a hit with my picky family. My husband loved them and keeps asking when we are having them again. We have a new favorite now that I found this meatball recipe.

These are great meatballs. I used 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 groung beef and they were still amazing. I had trouble having them stay together, but may try baking them next time as suggested in a review or adding more bread crumbs next time.

I make a huge batch of these and freeze them after the initial browning. Then, when i need them for dinner or a party I simply make sure they heat in sauce for at 30 minutes and reach the correct internal temperature.

If you can get these to stay together they are the perfect meatball!

These meatballs are quick and easy, yet flavorful and tender. I use a large can of organic tomatoes in place of sauce, which makes it quicker and easier. There's enough flavor in the meatball and sauteed brown bits. Just add some herbs and you're set.

    Dear Giada,

The turkey meatballs are terrific. I have prepared them twice for family celebrations and adults and children alike love them. I believe that the addition of grated cheese and parsley make all the difference. Rather than frying the meatballs, to make them even healthier, I have baked them in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. I believe they turn out even juicier and if you have problems holding the shape (as I have read in some of the reviews, this will alleviate the problem. Turn the meatballs over if the bottoms start getting toasted and overcooked. Another deviation -- My husband is allergic to onions so I have eliminated them from the recipe and as a substitute added some onion salt and slightly more garlic. They still taste great and have great texture.

They are delicious and have been the hit at two parties. Even my three-year-old niece who is very fussy about food loves them.

Keep up the great work ? your show is great. And, keep sharing the great recipes.

I have made this recipe several times and it has been perfect each time! My guests have loved it! I paired them with whole wheat pasta using Giada's simple tomatoe sauce for a healthy wholesome meal.
