DELICIOSO and very easy! I followed the exact recipe, except I used my own tomato sauce. You can barely tell it's turkey and it's super juicy.
Great Success! Thank you Giada.

I made this last night, it was very tasty and moist! I read that it was too crumbly so I added more bread crumbs than the 1/4 cup required just eye ball it, you can feel the difference while mixing it so it's not so moist. I also just put it in the oven at 400 for 35mins then placed it in store bought sauce for a 15 minutes to get some more flavor and it was perfect!!

These are so fantastic! The first time I made these meatballs they fell apart too easily. The second time I made these, I grated the onion in the large mixing bowl first, then squeezed most of the excess onion liquid out. After adding the rest of the ingredients, they stayed together quite well, while still being moist! Very Very Tasty, THANK YOU GIADA!

Cant decide which I like more the basic turkey meatnall recipe or these. The other recipe seemed to bind better. I browned them on the stove then finished them in the oven 425 for 15 mins. Omitted salt. Used all pecorino Romano cheese.

Delicious and easy to make, I didn't add salt because the cheese and ketchup were enough. I Used non-stick skillet pan with a little bit of olive oil instead of frying them.

Fantastic! Since they've started marketing delicious time-saving tomato sauces with wholesome ingredients, I no longer make my own. I poured Giada's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce over these meatballs & simmered for 30 min. They were amazingly good.

This was absolutely delicious! So incredibly tender! I took them to a party and people were raving about them. My only complaint is that they fell apart. I'm wondering if I baked them like other people did if that would solve this problem?

Oh, man. These were SOOO good. So flavorful and tender. I would've added just a touch more bread crumbs, as they were a tad bit crumbly. I used 93/7 turkey meat, and I made 20 big meatballs rather than the tiny ones. They were so yummy and filling!

Delicious, quick and so easy! I used white meat and baked rather than frying. I heated the oven to 375 then turned down to 350 after I put the meatballs in. I baked for about 30 - 35 minutes. I also used an organic, jarred marinara sauce to make it even quicker - just make sure that tomatoes are the first ingredient! I first made them for my 3 year old grandson who LOVES them! I have made them several times and everyone loves them!

Quick, easy, and delicious! Staying true to Giada's recipe here, I deviated by baking instead of frying. Baked at 350 for 40 minutes, flipping at the half-way point, the turkey meatballs were a welcomed addition to our dinner table. These are great for a novice, like myself, who traditionally have a difficult time producing anything edible!
Definitely recommend this!
