We loved these meatballs! My meatballs were also too soft and were looking more like meatblobs, but I just added more bread crumbs until I had the right consistency. They were perfect. Thanks Giada!!!

the kids loved it! My picky five year old boys asked for seconds..I served the meatballs with Diana sauce as I did not have time to make the sauce and it was really good. I want to try the recipe with the sauce next time.

This was so simple and good. I was sure that there would be leftovers for tomorrow. No such luck. My family of four devoured them. Will definitely make again.

These are fantastic. Follow the recipe exactly, mix all ingredients except meat thoroughly before adding to meat, and then handle gently and as little as possible. You will have very tender and tasty meatballs. I make these in normal meatball size and serve with pasta. Everyone loves them.

@afoster_08: try this next time you make the meatballs: after putting all the ingredients together, refrigerate it for, at least, 15 minutes. That would help to keep a harder consistency when you cook them. I hope this helps you :

This a great and healthier recipe!

I have to say that these are one of my husband's favorite dishes. Always moist, tasty and healthy! Since it takes me about 30 minutes of prep....he helped me this last time to grate the onion. I love love love - this dish. The only thing, kinda funny is that every time....mine turn out more like "meatsquares" rather than meatballs.. : I brown then on the stove top, each side and so forth. They are so soft so they loose the nice round look. Hmmm, any suggestions on how I may go about this recipe so they end up like actual meatballs?

Very tender, and very flavorful. Could have used a tad more salt in my batch, but could have been something I did. I baked instead of pan frying mine in a 400 oven for 15 min

This is the first recipe I have tried of Giada and we loved it!! We have tried many meatball recipes and this was so good it will be a staple in our family and passed down to my children as a family recipe!! We make spaghetti about 3x a month in our family, and everyone LOVED it!! Thank you Giada and I will definitely be back!
(I did not have Pecorino Romano so i doubled the grated Parmesan and used dry parsley, with jarred sauce I am looking forward to trying the homemade sauce!

When one doesn't have to stand in front of a stove turning meatballs why would you? It's so much easier to bake the meatballs...and they taste delicious that way too.

Oh my goodness! These are amazing, healthy and my whole family of five LOVES them! I added spinach instead of parsley to give it some extra nutrients too! This recipe will not disappoint!
