Unbelievably good and super simple as well! I've made it several times and every time my husband and two young children RAVE about it!! Thanks Giada! Easy, super tasty and healthy to boot! You can't beat that!!

I love Giada's recipes, this one is no exception. If you season turkey right it's even better than the more fattening meatballs. The meatballs had a great texture too. I'll use this as my "turkey meatball" recipe from now on

So yummy! My husband said it was the best he'd ever had - I have to agree with him. This is a keeper as I learn to rethink meal planning to be low carb. Heck - it's a keeper even if I didn't need to keep life low carb!!!

I don't like ketchup. I like tomatoes, just not ketchup, so I made these without the ketchup. But still, phenomenal! Just the right blend of everything. Never have a non-turkey meatball again. Giada, will you marry me?

These were actually very tasty. My family doesn't like onions much so, I just increased the garlic (which I had roasted first. Same as some of the other reviewers too, I had seasoned bread crumbs and parm cheese on hand. I used a great jarred sauce and added a few other ingredients here and there for a more homemade taste and served this over spaghetti with a salad on the side. Everyone was happy so, of course I'm happy too. Much less fat then store bought beef meatballs, I am in control of what goes in (and what doesn't for that matter and much less expensive as well! This recipe is a keeper:

These are good! (Review's only for the meatballs--didn't make the sauce I have a great family recipe for beef meatballs, but I wanted to try something different for turkey. I tried this because of all the great reviews, but was skeptical because of the lack of many spices, and the apparently huge amounts of onion and garlic for the one pound of meat! I made some slight changes because of what I had in the house (used flavored breadcrumbs, and dried parsley instead of fresh. I baked them in a 400 degree oven because it's easier. They were excellent--very flavorful!

FANTASTIC!! I have made a lot of meatballs before and this is by far the best recipe I have used! Extremely flavorful and tender! Thanks Giada!! I made a big batch to freeze so we can enjoy them whenever we want.

Absolutely lovely from the first to the last bite and I stuck to the recipe totally. I made this for our dinner last night and my 14 year old daughter said "that was good, you can make that again" and my husband commented again this morning about how good this dish was. This is a keeper and I'm passing it on to my friends. I think this would make a great casual party supper dish with a large green salad.
