Like everyone else the timing and temp is all wrong! Mine burned to a crisp after 10 minutes! I hated the money loss but tried again after adjusting the temp and timing it turned out PERFECTLY! Hubby and kids LOVE it and so do I.

Great recipe, but the temperature and time need to be adjusted. My batch was burnt like charcoal in just 15 minutes. I'm going to follow Ina's step and try to bake this at 300 degrees.

I loved it!!! I took other reviewer's advice and baked it at 350 and would stir it every few minutes. Next time I'm going to try coconut and almonds in the granola. This granola smelled awesome and my apartment smelled so good.

Loved it, after reading some of the results, I baked it at 350 for 17 minutes stirring it every 5 minutes or so, you need to check it so it doesn't burn, the house smelled so good and we had it for breakfast today....it was DELICIOUS!!!

The scents were fabulous until I opened the oven door at 20 minutes & a cloud of black smoke came rolling out. What a disappointment & a great expense lost! I attempted to make it a second time, checking it & stirring it every 5 minutes.....at 10 minutes 1/4 of it was burnt again!!! I will not be making this again & I am extremely upset about all of the money wasted on this flawed recipe!

It all came together nicely with rich scents.
I thought what a wonderful recipe, then yes It over baked at just 15 minutes. I was able to save some of the center. Next time I will try to bake only at 10 minutes and read reviews on tips. It smells great :

I checked at about 10 minutes and it looked good. Wish that I had taken it out then. At 15 min. much of it was burnt, especially the nuts and cranberries. I say the time should be about 10 minutes, or the temp should be lower. I also will try to remove burned pieces. It did smell wonderful.

Be careful on your timing. Put in oven for 20 minutes and the house smelled so great that we couldn't wait. Checked at 20 and it was mostly burnt. Let it cool and tried to remove most of the burnt part and it had a good taste anyway. Will try again and check often.
