I watched Giada make this as I pumped away on the elliptical machine at the gym; the whole time salivating! I couldn't wait to make this recipe that night! I did so, without the use of oil, and it was over the top delicious!

Everyone loved these! We're not huge tofu fans, so used a can of chickpeas instead and they turned out great. Will become a staple for us!

I watched Giada make this on TV and it looked so easy that I didn't copy down the recipe. I had all of the ingredients and it was super EASY to make! I agree with one of the other reviewers that you need to get some large leaves of chard. Mine were not wide enough, but I managed to make some decent rolls. This is a delicious recipe!

It was hard to securely roll the swiss chard because of the size of the leaves that i got. I also accidentally grabbed one bunch of collard greens. Those seemed to actually work better for rolling, simply because they were bigger. Aside from my little technical problem, all the flavors were there. This is a fantastic dish that I will definitely make again!

WAS WATCHING GIADA PREPARE THESE BEAUTIFUL ROLLS WHEN MY MOUTH BEGAN TO WATER AND I HAD TO LEAVE MID-EPISODE TO HIT THE MARKET. NO SWISS CHARD AT THE FARMERS MARKET BUT I REMAINED CALM AND GRABBED SOME NAPA CABBAGE. FOLLOWED THE RECIPE ACCORDINGLY AND MY EXPECTATIONS WERE SUPERSEDED. A TOUCH OF RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE BAR-B-Q GLAZE ON TOP PUT THESE ROLLS TO THE MOON. BOTTOM LINE...MAKE THESE TODAY!!!
