I made these today for lunch for the kids. They loved them. I used regular jar speghetti sauce and just reduced it a little. Just used 1 and 1/2 cups of sauce and mixed other ingrediants as specified(used pepperoni instead just make sure your sauce cools down. It worked out perfect. Next time I'll add onion, bell pepper, olives to the mix and make a "special pizza pillow"

Everyone in my family really enjoyed these. I substituted pepperoni for the prosciutto with good results. Just watch the salt in your sauce. After reducing, mine was almost too salty. The leftovers have been frozen for quick snacks later.

This was terrible. Tasted like tomato paste in dough that had been worked over too much. Would have been better with the marinara before it was cooked down and a flaky dough. Really dissapointing. Served them to my family and some friends and no one liked the flavor. The cheese didn't add flavor, just made the texture more like glue. Sending the rest with another friend in hopes that they will like the flavors but wouldn't be surprised if they end up in the garbage.
