I've been a huge Giada fan and have had great success with 99% of her recipes (and I have made ALOT of them! This wasn't my favorite, It's not that it was horrible, it's just that the flavors together tasted really different and wierd. Having said that - my daughter and I ate it but I would not make it again.

Delicious! I don't have a panini press, so I used my George Foreman grill. It worked very well. This recipe would work with any type of jam, but raspberry lends itself best to the other flavors. Can't imagine this without the rosemary. The sandwich is a bit pedestrian without it. The rosemary adds elegance.

Not a fan of the taste rosemary gives off, so I left it out, and the sandwich was great! Easy, which is what I truly look for in a recipe!

This was amazing, although I toasted french bread and used boysenberry jam instead of the raspberry. I made it for one of my friends and she loved it! I am a major fan of ANY type of fruit with Cheese

I really loved this sandwich and so did my European born husband. I was so surprised at how many reviewers thought this was not a 'manly' sandwich. Don't tell my manly husband - he thought it was great. I warned him it was sweet and savory so maybe his tastebuds were ready for it. I don't have a panini maker, so I used a skillet and pressed it by hand. Thanks to those who suggested other combinations and a blachy 'no thanks' to the reviewers who insulted the chef - especially the one who turned my stomach with that disgusting word. How very childish of you.

Loved this! Next time, I will slice the mozzarella thinner as too much of it came out the sides. This is a delicious combination and could also be served as a dessert.

This panini is to die for! The unusual combination of aroma, sweet and salty, and different textures makes this a winner for me. Giada is a genius when it comes to taste!

Awesome recipe! It's crunchy and warm and cheesy. The raspberry/cheese combo makes it feel like a danish. The rosemary and brown sugar make it perfect!

This was a fun recipe to try. I think the best part is the brown sugar crusted bread. I did enjoy the recipe, but probably would not make again.
