I really liked these, the flavor and texture were wonderful. My oil was a little to hot when I fried them and as a result the coating cooked long before the cheese melted, so I just microwaved it for a few seconds afterwards and they came out just fine.

And I have been paying how much for these??? A really excellent recipe, so simple I think anyone could do it. My first two sticks didnt turn out so great :( I found my own way of making them brown evenly though. I would roll them with a spatula until brown. I found that waiting one min for each side caused the cheese to start oozing out. The key to getting them to fry just right is making sure they are frozen and not at room temp. I didn?t make the sauce, just used jarred.

The mozzarella sticks were very easy to make. I used packaged mozzarella sticks and a fry daddy for cooking. The were very crispy and gooey and wonderful!!!!!

These were easy (though I thought a little time-consuming to prepare, but worth the effort. They turned out perfectly! The marinara sauce is also quick, easy and delicious! Thanks, Giada!

Yummy, yummy, yummy! These cheese sticks are incredibly delicious! I am making these for the third time tonight and my whole house is excited. It's a major event when you find cheese sticks that are tasty and gooey!

Always my favorite appetizer, never thought I could make them myself. Everyone loves them, better get used to making a double batch. Giada really does make it easy and sooo good!
