Delicious! And so simple. I couldn't find the whole mushrooms so I just purchased the sliced portabello mushrooms. Since I don't have a grill pan, I fried them. And, I sprinkled a little Italian seasoning on top. I made this for my recipe club and it was a huge hit. Thanks Giada!

Cheese, mushrooms, marinara sauce. How can this recipe go wrong? It's so filling and delicious. I make it with baby bellas or white button mushrooms and serve it as a side dish instead of an appetizer. YUM.

Made this for tonights dinner. It was fast, easy and delicious! I added extra Marinara sauce and served it with a side of pasta and a salad. A great easy meal that fit right into my diet plan. I did not miss the meat at all. One note, the mushrooms absorb the olive oil quickly. Make sure you coat them well.

Yum! We did grill the shrooms more like 10 mins per side - first seasoning them with salt, pepper and garlic, with olive oil. We added homemade tomato sauce, italian seasonings and romano cheese.

This was so delicious! You don't even miss the veal/chicken. Defintely a keeper and so easy. Used homemade sauce from freezer. Made Ellie's Pasta Puttanesca to go with it as a side dish. Also replaced butter with Smart Balance for health reasons.

Wow--I was really surprised at how good and hearty this meal was! My kids even liked it (as much as they can when you tell them they're eating mushrooms...but they ate it, which I'll take as approval! I'll definitely keep this one...easy--and cheap!

Didn't have large portobellos on hand so I used the baby ones and I fried them instead of grilling. So delicious and easy!

SIMPLY AMAZING! I made this plenty of times and it always came out delicious. I have made the mushrooms on a grill pan, gas grill, as well as a George Foreman grill and they all worked great. Also, my sister is not a mushroom fan and has been asking me to make this! When I do make it for her I use the smaller portobello mushrooms instead of the large mushrooms and it comes out just as great! I recommend this easy and tasty recipe to everyone!!!
