    After reading all those fabulous reviews, I decided to try out this recipe. I thought it was yummy but I wasn't wowed by the results.

    so simple and so tasty - we served it on top of penne pasta, my husband's favorite. lots of parsley and parmesan shavings on top and it was ready to be devoured!

    This ragu was awesome ... it comes out creamy and tasty with lots of mushroom flavor. Even my 1-year-old daughter loved eating it by the fistfuls. Great on the polenta too!

    This is a wonderful mix of mushroom flavors in a tasteful Parmesan-enhanced sauce. Great on polenta or grits.
