    If you read the rest of the reviews you might be inclined to leave out the wild mushrooms or cut back on the onions or peas. Don't. This recipe is so incredibly flavorful and delicious prepared just exactly how it is written.

    Recipe was excellent and extremely easy to make. It only took 20 minutes as I halfed the recipe and was using Orzi. I felt like I was back in Italy but didn't have to pay for it. Excited for tomorrow to try the deep fried balls of leftovers!!

    This is one of my favorite recipes. I couldn't find the mushrooms called for so I substituted canned straw mushrooms. Tastes FABOULOUS. I get many compliaments on this dish.

    This is an awesome recipe that was easy and delicious. I substituted the peas with asparagus and it was wonderful. I would definitely make it again.
