This salad was hearty enough to serve as an entree at dinner. It is tasty with so many different flavors and textures. I only used one lemon (one was enoughand used fresh calamari and shrimp. It does make great leftovers the next day too. Will definitely make this again.

I love this salad. I'm a lover of fresh calamari and this is great. It is a meal in it's self. Thank you

Its a very light and savory dish, perfect for summer. The grilled vegetables have a nice flavor. Delicious!

My husband won't eat calamari, so I made his with shrimp only. It was delicious! (I did sneak some calamari into my portion. I call my husband to the tv to watch you cook-Sophia Loren in the kitchen. Everybody-try the Roma Chicken

I made this salad with salmon instead of the other seafood and left out the beans. My husband and I love it and have made it twice in a week. It is easily made more hearty with a soup to start or a loaf of bread. The grilled veggies add a lot of flavor and the orzo makes it more hearty as a stand-alone salad.

Phenomenal dish. I will make it again.
