Having grown up in a Sicilian kitchen, seafood dishes were always somewhere closeby. This salad was terrific, and better with each passing day...if it lasts that long. Both Giada and her creations are beautiful...regardless of the way they are dressed! (Get over it.

I love your food! I have yet to make something I don't like from you. Thanks!
Oh! For the lady with the opinion on proper dress code. Do you live in a monastery at the top of the Himalayas or are YOU THE ONLY STUPID ONE IN YOUR FAMILY? You might have a future as a critic for the Oscar's, look into it. Sorry Giada I know this is a cooking show, not a review Giada's attire show.

This is a very easy yet delicous salad that's more like a meal! Giada embodies classines and beauty...I don't think that anyone is interested in fashion criticism on foodnetwork!

I made this without the shrimp or calamari as calamari makes me squeamish. Still delicious.

On behalf of healthy people everywhere, Giada please do *not* rethink your wardrobe or your style. We appreciate your beauty and style.

I am a 31 yo man. Before I saw Giada's show, I honestly do not cook at all. Giada is the one called my attention to the food and cooking. Giada is the one make me believe cooker is not necessary to be fat or old-fashioned, which I did think so before and which applied to most other cookers I guess. As a normal man, what Giada dressed does not make me think dirty things at all, but appreciate her beauty and professional.

I guess Giada's show might not work for you and you may think of just watch some other cook shows that women wrap themselves throughly. Seriously, Giada is wearing pretty much conservative comparing to a lot of actress in other channels. In that case, you may think of removing all the cable and TV to protect your son.

BTW, my rating is on this recipe, which is a really easy to make and delicisou.
