These are the best biscuits for a tea, social, etc. I split them and served them with lemon curd and whipped cream and it made a fantastic dessert. Just as good plain also. Love the Food Network and have gotten some great recipes from it. It is great to be able to watch a program and just go online to print the recipe out. Keep up the great work! Love that Paula Deen and Sandra Lee has some great easy ideas.

These biscuits are an absolute hit! All my friends who tried them absolutely loved them. The kids love them too. Since all my friends are health-conscious, I altered the recipe slightly. I used part-skim ricotta instead of whole milk, 3/4 cup sugar instead of one whole cup, and 1/2 stick butter instead of the whole stick. I also used juice from one big lemon, which is about 4 tbsp instead of one as in the recipe. And the biscuits came out absolutely delicious, light, and fluffy.

These "muffins" were the hit of our christmas brunch. I greased the muffins tin, so I didn't use the paper liner. They were delicious!!!!

These were so easy to make. I love the texture and moistness of them. I thought they were a little sweet even though I omitted the sugar that was to be sprinkled on top before baking. I still look forward to serving them to guests this weekend. I know they will enjoy them.

These biscuits (muffins are absolutly delicious. At first I was a little suspicious of the ricotta, but everything else Giada makes is great so I tried them. They will be a regular on my family's table. Easy to make too.... my 3 yr old daughter helped and my 1 yr old son scarfed them down!
