The biscuits were perfect blend of tart and sweet! Everyone loved them! Next time I think I'll add a little more almond extract, just because I love the almond flavor.

These were easy to make and very moist. I substituted lemon extract to make them really lemony. Pecans were a good "on hand" substitute as well.

Lemony, creamy, taste more like lemon cupcakes, and super easy to make. My family loved these - they were devoured as they came out of the oven.

These bescuits were delicate and tasty. I just wish I could use the low or no fat ricotta in them so they would not be as fattening.

YUM--that's all I can say about this dessert. It's extremely easy and delicious. My friends and husband are constantly asking me to make more! Thanks Giada!

Giada does it again! These biscuits were sooo good-- my husband and I ate them all up in one weekend! (And we are NOT big eaters! The topping had a nice, sweet crunch, and that lemony taste just made these irresistable!

I wasn't sure if my family would like these biscuits after I saw the consistency of the dough. Don't let it stop you! These biscuits (I think of them as muffins were melt in your mouth with a wonderful lemony flavor. You can see the lemon zest in the muffin and the sprinkling of almonds on top gives them a great crunch. Would definitely make them again!
