These were so moist and lemony, really tasty. They were almost cupcake like, and the hint of almond really adds to the overall flavour, a nice compliement to the lemon. I will definitely be making these again.

I made these wonderful muffins for my co-workers... and the smell is so fragrant and fresh from the lemons. It's definitely a easy recipe that's fresh and delicious!

I've made these several times now, and just did them again last night. This time, I used part-skim ricotta instead of whole milk because it was what I had available, and they still came out great. Very light and lemony - a little taste of summer in the middle of winter. Thanks for another fantastic recipe!

I often have leftover ricotta after making Italian dishes, and never knew how else to use it. Researched recipes on Food Network and decided to try this one after seeing the great rating. Delicious, and I just used store-brand ricotta. So don't be afraid to try it with whatever you have. And they're so pretty! Would make a nice treat for a tea.

Made them for NY morning breakfast with fresh lemon from my backyard. Nummy! Be sure to use a quality ricotta...it makes the biscuit have an even better texture.

The muffins turned out really awesome, and the best part is I didnt even add the egg. I dont eat eggs but the ricotta in this recipe was a good substitute and didnt feel the need to add egg at all. Good recipe Giada !!!

The best, moistest, delicious! I've tried her original 'lemon' and then the second time I used the zest of an orange, added 1 TBSP of Triple Sec and a slash of OJ. Both are REALLY, REALLY GOOD!!! Whether you prefer lemons or oranges ,,,,,

I made this last night with my daughter and let me tell you how easy it was to make. It turned out so moist and delicious. It was a little lemony but still delicious. I have never made sweets with ricotta before but after last night I will try it again and again. Giada's always been one of my favorite cooks on the network and I just want to say "Thank You" for this great - easy recipie that I can be proud of to make for friends and family.
