This was soooo good, and easy to make. The only thing I would change is maybe up the lemon juice to two tbls.

Easy to make and very moist. The Almond and lemon taste terrific together and the result looks and smells like you went to a fancy pastry store to purchase. Many rave reviews from family, friends and co-workers.

Just finished baking these and they came out great. Very fluffy inside, great flavor, visually pleasing with it's toasted almonds and sugar and overall very professional looking. These will definetely become a regular in our home. Thanks Giada, your the best!
