Next, we will show you how to butter toast!
It's great, I add some ripe bananas, castilla nuts and cinnamon. It just came out yumi .
It was very helpful for me.
    Thank you.
Although this may not be a "recipe" in the traditional sense, I found this basic recipe helpful. Until I watched Giada, I had never heard of Nutella, and just purchased it this week. I didn't know if I should butter the toasted ciabatta or drizzle a fruity olive oil over it before spreading the Nutella. Now I know that neither is necessary. So, five stars to Giada for introducing me to this decadent, yet easy, chocolatey treat.
This is not a recipe. Seriously FN...give me a break.
OOHHH man, I love this stuff on crispy bread with the sweet creamy goodness oozing. Fantastic and soooooo easy. Satisfaction!
    Great for a snack!
this was really good, another big hit from my kids!!! Giada is awesome!!!
I never realised Nutella was right under my nose at the grocery store. I guess I just never noticed it. This was a very yummy snack, but one to be careful with. I could get myself in a lot of trouble with this! But a very rewarding little thing to eat when you deserve it. Yum!
This is a great, elegant, quick desert. My entire family loved it. I can't wait to debut at my next dinner party!
What an easy, delicious recipe. You should try it today.
This is so amazing. I love chocolate.... I eat peanut butter on toasted bread in which I love Now I have two easy sandwhiches to make when I am in a hurry or when the grandchildren come by. They will love this!! Who doesn't like chocolate and nuts? I love your show Giada. You seem like such a sweet person.. God Bless You.
This is the best stuff ever. My whole family has fallen in love with it!!
I loved it, but I'm at a lost as to what I should serve it with or even what drink best suits this fabulous sandwich. Can someone make a suggestion?
nutella is wonderful. i eat it since i was 5 yrs old. nutella is tasty but giada did not make the "nutella" itself. you're great, giada, every recipe from you that i've tried i ALWAYS get wonderful feedback. sorry.
I loved this and so did my 8 year old! So good. Very yummy snack!
Nutella is the most excquisite and delicious chocolate there is in the world to me! It's even better than the expensive chocolates they sell in stores (I won't mention names). I put Nutella on banana, bread, strawberries, berries, crackers...heck if I can put it in my soups, vegetables, meats, and drinks I would do it! IT IS SOOO GOOOD! No chocolate can be compared! Orgasmic!!
I love Nutella, so obviously it would make a good sandwich!
Nutella spread is a gift from heaven! I eat it on a slice of toasted 8 grain bread for breakfast. It is good on anything...This sandwich with bananas or strawberries is even better!
I grew up on these. My mom, born and raised in Italy, would occaisionally make them for my sister and I for elementary school lunch. Our classmates thought it was crazy to eat a chocolate sandwich. "Chocolate and bread? and for lunch?", they would say. We felt so special eating them though.
This brought back great memories for me. Thank you.
This isn't exactly an innovative recipe, but it's still very tasty and worth heating up the grill pan.
The crispyness of the bread and the sweetness of the nutella is a perfect combination.
I will spread Nutella on a lot of things besides bread. My 4-year old will eat whole wheat waffles with Nutella spread in between two waffles, like a sandwich. Also try a Nutella and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread.
This is absolutely delicious! I had never tried Nutella before I saw Giada use it on her show for this sandwich. The sandwich was so decadent and yummy, and now I use the nutella on tons of things...pretzels, fruit, toast...and sometimes, I just eat a spoonful of it for a quick pick-me-up (shhh)! You have to try these sandwiches, especially if you love chocolate, or the nutella spread.
