I love these cookies! I bake these every time I am bringing a dessert someplace. Even if I am supposed to bring a cake I bake these to tag along. Every single person who eats them loves them! They are very chocolaty, so much so that if you aren't a chocolate lover you can cut the chocolate to 3/4 of the bar, but for me the more the merrier! The recipe makes exactly 12, but a large 12! They are gooey, chocolaty, sweet, and just delicious. You can taste the cranberries and oats, and adding nuts makes them even tastier! You don't have to have an ice cream scooper, a spoon works just as well!

These cookies taste rich and chewy, despite the fact that the amount of butter is less than other recipes. I substituted white chocolate chips and added cashews and used less sugar. A-Mazing! and your kitchen smells like heaven! I also froze half the batter. I thawed it out before I baked them and they turned out perfect. Love these cookies!!

I registered on foodnetwork just so I could review this recipe! It's delicious! And easy to make!! I used slightly less sugar, a half/half mix of wheat and AP flour, and added nuts. I think cooking them for less time is a good tip too! I can't wait to make these again!
