This soup was very tasty. Both of my teenage boys really liked it. I will use a little more bread and cheese next time, but overall this was so good following the recipe. I will make this again and thanks for all of the great recipes, Giada!

This is an easy recipe that will make anyone look like they can cook. Great flavor. I like to add a sprig of fresh rosemary, it seams to roud out the flavors quite nicely.

I had some ciabatta bread that I had baked and was searching for uses for it and found this recipe. Just my wife and I so I cut the recipe in half and found it to be fabulous! Am considering doing it in bulk for a church gathering.
