Tasty! Although I used a porkloin (after searing, about 40 mins in the oven and it came out perfect for this recipe because for the life of me I could not find a beef tenderloin! Would definitely make again!

Fabulous! That's what this is, and it was fun to make! My first time using ginger. The sauce was amazing. I used sirloin tip roast rather than tenderloin. Maybe I don't know my cuts of meat, but the only tenderloin I could find at my grocer was $19.99/lb. Just had to bake for 20 min longer. This is definitely a keeper.

Wow this sauce was good. Seriously. I did more of a beef stir fry with onions and sweet peppers, but it was heavenly. I used homemade orange marmalade in the sauce instead of pineapple since that's what I already had in the house. So good!

I made this for Christmas and the beef came out perfect following Giada's instructions.
I absolutely love the sauce. However, I don't think it went well with the beef. Since only a few at dinner even tried the sauce, I had tons leftover. Tonight I sauted chicken breasts and served it with the sauce. It was fantastic! Also, the next time I make it, I will cut the recipe in half.

this was a very easy and very good dish. because, i don't like
beef, i used a pork loin and every one slurped it up. you could
sub chicken also. if you have any left over sauce, it would be great on almost anything you wanted to "dress up"---leftover meats, chicken, duck...whatever.

I dont understand how people gave this 5 stars. It was horrible! I threw all the sauce away immediately after tasting it. This was so bad that I got an account here just to give this a bad rating

The sauce makes the dish. This was so delicious. We couldn't wait to eat leftovers the next day. My kids ate up the sauce with anything I made that week, potatoes, rice. Giada is the best!
