I tried this out thinking it would be perfect for my family since I have a pretty picky 4 year old. It definitely fell short of my expectations. I followed the recipe really close and both the meatballs and the sauce lacked flavor. Also, the cheese didn't melt evenly and ended up being blobs. Definitely not making this one again!

I made this for me and my husband and we loved it! I used bow tie pasta instead. It made quite a bit for just us, but it was great for leftovers! Chicken meatballs were very moist and tasty!

This recipe is easy, delicious, healthy, and my family loves it. I'm going to use the meatball recipe for meatloaf mini's cooked in muffin tins.

I loved this recipe. Frankly, I'm just learning to cook for my wife and two daughters (2 and 3 and this recipe worked extremely well.

    By worked well I mean:
It was easy to cook with my Daughters standing on chairs next to me "helping".
It only took an hour (Vs. 30 mins in the instructions probably due to the help I had.
    It tasted fantastic!
and most importantly, it impressed my wife!

Ok... what's next! Thanks again for this recipe....

My mom made this and it was so tasty & light. Perfect for the summer and to bring as a dish to those BBQ cook outs. I am making it tomorrow for my family. Can't wait!!

Really thought this would be spectacular but it somehow falls short. My husband suggested that maybe pancetta would add the "whatever" it is that's missing. Still, it's decent and easy to make ... just a bit bland.

Meatballs took a little longer than expected.
