I have cooked this dish several times and get rave reviews each time. It does make a large amount of food, so be prepared for leftovers!

I loved this recipe. Fairly simple to make, but enjoyed the flavors and made it twice for large groups of people.

This has become my families favorite meatball recipe!! The meatballs are so moist and tasty . Have made it for guests and everyone raves about the meatballs!! Wouldnt change a thing in this recipe! We have this probably three times a month!! Even had it at Christmas was a huge hit!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the tastiness of the meatballs! The meatball mixture only needed one egg (as per other reviews, and I used bbq sauce since I didn't have any ketchup. I think that may have given them a little extra kick.

The meatball recipe is a good base. It does not have a great depth of flavor, so I added a teaspoon of crushed red pepper, a tablespoon of worcheshire, and an additional half teaspoon of salt. In addition, I used half plain and half italian breadcrumbs, with an addition two tablespoons more to absorb some of the moisture of the mix. If you use wet hands to form the meatballs, it is easier to make the minis from the rather moist mix. I nixed the chicken stock sauce and made my own marinara. Added the mozzarella and basil at the end.

This recipe is easy and was a big hit with the adults and the four year old who cleaned his plate including the broth.

This is an amazing dish. Its perfect for every occasion - Sunday afternoon, weekly dinner, everything! I have made the chicken meatballs for many events as well - they are great hors d' oeuvres.

was fantastic--- used only one egg as suggested in the comments and made a quick gravy to go with it-- so delicious!

Absolutely loved it, and I'm not a kid! The bites are small enough to have some meatball, pasta, cheese, and tomatos all in one. It is a huge hit for anyone I make it for!
