The flavors were really good but the meatball mixture was really sticky. The meat didn't hold form. Next time I will add only 1 egg.

This was really good. I used ground turkey since TJ's didn't have ground chicken.
    Delicious!

I tried this twice and wasn't crazy about the meatballs, although I liked them better the next day. I tried this today with turkey instead of chicken and my husband and I loved it. Thanks Giada, it's a fun and different pasta dish.

Never made anything like it, I used pasta shells instead of orecchietta, and it was great. The sauce is so rich, I just could not get enough.

This dish screams seconds. It is simple to prepare and bursting with flavor and color. The cheese melts delicately among the tomatoes and pasta and allows the ingredients to come together. The meatballs are airy yet cheesy, and the overall dish is light and filling. Definitely an easy meal to cook up spur of the moment!

I make these little chicken meatball and add them to some chicken broth with pastina or egg noodles or rice with some vegetables. It comes out very tasty.

This recipe is definitely a keeper....I mean, with three different cheses, how can you go wrong?! The frshness of the three cheeses is they key...I think if I used packaged mozzarella and grated Parmesanm it wouldn't be as delicious as freshly grating/shredding Parmesan and buying the mozzarella balls. Although I do agree the chicken was a bit too "wet" to form into perfect meatballs, I used the melon baller as Giada recommended and very gently molded them...they definitely were not perfect circles (kinda circle-like, but you could tell they were meatballs. My changes: a large zucchini added in with the tomatoes for a little "green" and because I as short on cherry tomatoes, I added in a 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomaotes as well. Loved this one. Thanks, Giada! :o

This recipe was delicious, but as other readers commented... the meat was way too "wet" to form into meatballs. Next time, I will add only one egg. Everyone loved this dish! It was delightful! I could even go without the mozzarella for fewer calories. Wish I would have read the reviews first! Very kid-friendly.
