I happened to have one of those nights tonight. My Husband was out and my parents fed my daughter so i thought I would make this dish. I used whole wheat ravioli and home made roasted bell peppers instead of the sun dried tomatoes. I used spinach for my greens. My only complaint was that I bought the wrong goat cheese and it didn't melt in to the dish as nicely as I would have wanted it to. I will absolutely make this again. In fact my husband's friend was looking over my shoulder as I was putting this dish together and I almost had to feed him too. I expect i may have to make this dish for more than just myself next time.

One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The greens add a lightness to the dish so you aren't filling up entirely on pasta. My variations: mixed spring greens (couldn't find "Mediterranean" 2 TBS of goat instead of one - yum!; added 2 garlic/crushed red pepper sauteed thinly sliced chicken breasts for good protein; used whole wheat penne - adds a delicious nuttiness to dish; no more than 3 TBS of the extra pasta water so it doesn't get soggy. This is a for sure go-to dish from now on for me.

    Enjoy!

This looked good when Giada was preparing it on the show. But I have to say, having made"Orecchiette with Mixed Greens and Goat Cheese" for the first time today, that the dish itself exceeded my expectations. Excellent flavors and textures. I highly recommend this dish and plan to pass it on.

I made this recipe for the first time tonight. I loved how easy it was to make! The flavor of the cheese and the tomatoes is out of this world!!!

I just made this and it was absolutely delicious!!! My whole family loved it and even went back for seconds. I would half the recipe though, it made way more than we could eat, but we wish we could finish it! All the ingredients work so well together and I will definitely make this again!

The flavor combination is outstanding! The sun dried tomatoes bring a whole new level of fabulous to this salad! When the warm pasta liquid hits the goat cheese, and wilts the greens-it's just fantastic!! Next time I'm going to use fresh baby spinach just to try an alternative-but there will definately be a next time! Very tasty, very easy!

I made a double batch of this tonight for dinner, and my husband and I didn't quite like it. The taste is strange, but we couldn't completely figure out which ingredient made it taste odd. He thought the sun-dried tomatoes, but for me it was probably the parmesan. I know a lot of people love this, but I won't be making it again.
