Easy to put together and great flavor. Might try some sausage next time for my husband; has to have some meat.

I thought this was ok. I think it would be better if you did add the sausage like most are saying. It just didnt have much flavor.

Wow we must have all had the same idea, because I too added Italian sausage to the mixture. I also replaced the mint with fresh basil leaves.

I made this the other night for dinner. I added 1 lb of sweet italian sausage to the orzo mixture. After reading the reviews, I also decreased the amount of orzo I used. However, I still had alot of the mixture left over, so I cut up the tops of the peppers and sauteed them and added them to left over mixture and put in a casserole dish. I am planning on using a bread crumb and cheese topping on it and baking in the oven. My husband and I loved the peppers, very tasty and easy to make, Looking forward to trying the casserole too!

Loved these!!! I am not even a huge pepper fan, but I saw Giada making them on T.V. and they looked so yummy - and they were! My husband is a picky eater and he really enjoyed them too. I followed the recipe as is, but I also added in mild italian sausage to the mixture. I might try turkey next time... Enjoy!!

I thought these peppers were absolutely delicious. I added some cooked ground up turkey and omitted the mint. I used green, red and yellow peppers. They tasted even better the second day!!

Absolutley delich just as is I did add the mint and did get a little hint of it in some bites. Next time I may make a little bit of changes depending on what I have on hand or what it is going with. The filling came to a lot so there was even extra. Certainly a filling side dish that went well with my Tilapia Fillets.
