This was my first time making orzo. It looks really yummy but didn't have much flavor. The lemon flavor was really strong and I didn't really taste any cheese. I'll definitely be trying orzo again, just not this recipe.

Very good, my first time making orzo. Very light and simple but not lacking in flavor, even though I left out the Italian parsley.

Fresh & delicious. I was worried that the lemon & mint would be too much, but it came out just fine. I'd take this to a summer pot luck party. It would be a great accompaniment to a fish dish.

This was good but not unlike a lot of lemon orzo recipes you can find online at Food Network and elsewhere. An increased amount of olive oil perhaps makes this a little moister than some others. I thought the mint, which I like, might overwhelm but it didn't. And I love garlic and enhanced this flavor by pasting in all 3 cloves with a microplane. This orzo is satisfying as a simple complimentary side dish when first made; however, IMO the flavor did not carry over to the next day and I tossed out what was left over.

I made this exactly as written. I served it with the Halibut recipe from the same episode. A really nice, light, fresh meal! I will definitely make this orzo recipe again!

I thought it was delicious just as the recipe is written. Lemon and mint together give it a fresh punch that coats the small pasta nicely. Recipes like these are easily tweaked. You could always skip the mint if it isn't your thing. I served this with grilled chicken and garlic bread.

ill be honest i make alot of her food but this was one of the worse dishes i have ever eaten of hers. The mint and lemon just take over the whole thing and its just very over powering. the only way this works is if you eat it with the steak and sauce recipe that was on the same show.

Paired this orzo with shrimp - sauteed the shrimp very simple with salt, pepper, and lemon, and then added to the orzo and poured sauce over with the grated pecorino on top - looked spectacular and tasted better! Look forward to using this recipe again - perfect for a warm night!
