I made this recipe for dinner and it took me less time to prepare. Im sick and cant taste anything so my boyfriend tasted it for me. He absolutely loved it and its one of his favorites now. You go Giada!

I made the meatloaf for my husband as part of a candlelight dinner with a side of yellow squash and zucchini with roasted red peppers tossed in whole grain angel hair pasta : He loves it

This has become a huge favorite in our home. I've often added more parmesan cheese and sun dried tomatoes to this recipe, but every is truly delightful! What makes me laugh is that my Husband hates mayo, and when I saw him putting more and more of the mayo/arugula dressing on his sandwich I had to bite my lip from laughing. Leftovers don't stick around long with this one!

This meatloaf is light and yummy! I serve it as the main dish and not as a sandwich and add some extra sundried tomatoes for extra flavor and it's a crowd pleaser!!!

This meatloaf was light and fluffy and delicious. Served it with vegetable couscous and roasted red pepper aioli. It was a great success.

never made meatloaf, but saw this recipe and wanted to try it. I like the idea of the sundried tomatoes that i love so much and it is a dish that will be in my book for a very long time. I used smoked bacon instead of the pancetta and mixed turkey meat with pork. Thank you Giada I love your show...

I have fallen in LOVE with this dish and I havent even made the sandwich. I serve it as a hot entree with some roasted asparagus. I must have made it at least once a month for the last year. Excellent flavor and soo easy!

I make this recipe quite frequently. I generally use a half-pound of pancetta sliced very very thinly, and go nuts with layering it. We also don't eat the sandwich, just the meatloaf. My husband usually eats the entire thing (minus my few slices in one sitting. I am also very generous with the ramano cheese.

My new daughter-in-law made this for dinner last night. I am not fond of ground turkey but this recipe gives me a new respect for the bird! It was delicious and I am definitely going to make it for my husband and me.
