    These biscuits were very interesting and easy to make. The next time I prepare them, however, I think I will try having the pancetta sliced very thinly, so that when I dice it thre are tiny slices rather than chunks -- my husband did not care for those rather chewy bites in the biscuit. The spread is out of this world!! We've been using the remainder of it on toast in the morning.

    great recipe! flavors are wonderful together. I even got my picky fiance' to try the cinnamon butter with them! He loved it ( or at least he said he did : My new favorite show!

    Love every recipe I have tried with you. I disagree with anyone who has rated your recipes on the low side, they simply do not know what fine dining is all about. Shame on all of you. BRAVO GIADA!!!!!

    They were great substituted with gorgonzola cheese and I also made garlic butter with parsely to top it off fresh out of the oven. Yummy!

    My brother in law made these biscuits and I could not quit eating them! They are GREAT, especially for breakfast. Love the flavors! Delicious!

    i was hesitant to even try the butter recipe that went with the biscuits but am so glad that i did. i thought the butter really made the whole recipe come together and i did not find it too gritty, especially when slathered onto the biscuit. yummy!
