I've made a few types of panna cotta and this one was very good. Maybe the proportions of gelatine to milk were correct, but this was soft and not at all spongy. Very enjoyable.

When I decided to make this recipe I really did not think it would look great and taste as good. Is a hit with my friends will do it again.

This recipe is so simple to make and looks GREAT when ready to serve! I used 1 cup of skim milk instead of whole milk and topped it with fresh strawberry slices. What a YUMMY Dessert:

My little sister made this, she is only 14, and it is so simple to make! I watched her put the ingredients together and after she made spaghetti and meatballs, we had the Panna Cotta for dessert and it was just an absolutely fantastic finish for an Italian dinner! I recommend this dish to everyone!

No one in my house liked this. I'm not sure if it was the texture (kind of like vanilla jello, or the sweetened by honey taste. I normally love honey, but it seemed to overpower this. Neither my husband or kids would eat it. They usually eat anything sweet.

this was easy to prepare, was creamy and had good flavor - you could really taste the honey. i liked it better without the berries and will serve the berries on the side the next time i make it.

I made this for my Italian party, and my guest loved it. It is so easy to make and my friend asked me to make it again for them so I did.

Panna cotta is so easy and silky, and perfect for the summer. But I use the recipe Mario Batali has. To make it less fatty he uses half cream(2 cups...and the other half is whole fat yougurt(2 cups. Much kinder to your diet I think.
