Bellisimo! Just returned from 2 weeks in Italy where I ate my daily dose of some of the best panna cotta around. This recipe is exactly like what I enjoyed daily in Rome, Florence, Siena & San Gimignano!

This is the easiest recipe I have ever made in my whole life. It was so good that everyone at my party wanted seconds!! I will make it everytime I need a desert to impress with or just for one with the family on a friday night! Everyone should try this at least once and they'll keep making it again and again!!

Made this for a small dinner party and I can't tell you how many compliments I received! I mixed the berries w/just a little sugar and a few tbls. of Chamboard liquor and it was a huge hit! Will definitely make this again!

Just tried this yesterday after dying to try it since viewing this show. It's extremely easy to make. It is very creamy, yet light. Taste is similar to a creme brulee without the heaviness and burnt top. I just wonder how Giada can eat this panna cotta and still look so thin!
    Try it soon!

This recipe is so easy to make and yet so delicious. My husband loved it and told me to make sure I keep the recipe handy. We are from an island off of the coast of Sicily and all the ingredients Giada uses are staples in my kitchen. I just love your show. It reminds me of home.
