I have made this dish several times. It is so good I have a hard time not eating the whole plate. Everyone always loves this dish. I need to double it though because there is NEVER enough. The waiting period is so important. The longer it sits the better it is. Thanks Giada!

This was so good. I love bruchetta, and this is like taking bruchetta and turning it into a salad. How brilliant!!! I didn't have 3 day old bread, so I cut up a fresh baguette and placed it in the oven on the lowest setting for an hour. I also used the tomato prep method from Alton Brown's TBL Panzanella. It was even better the next day, too!!!

This recipe is AMAZING. I wait all year until the summer when I have enough fresh tomatoes to make this (I can't find a decent grocery-store tomato to save my life. And, yes: I am not quick in the kitchen and all these steps take me a little while. But, man, is it worth it! The combination of flavors is fantastic. I've even made this with day-old whole wheat hamburger buns (don't ask and it was STILL delicious. One of my all-time favorites!!!!

Had never had panzanella before. This is so good. My husband and I ate way too much of this and loved every bite. Nice combination of flavors.

This is a wonderful mix of flavors and textures. Unlike some others reviewers, I prefer it warm or room temperature to cold. But delicious at any temperature.

If you want something different, this is it. Really good. My husband said that he could not stop eating it - and he didn't. It has that "it" factor - something about the taste that makes you want more. I use a baguette loaf, baked by the grocery stores bakery; cost only $0.99; perfect bread choice, in my opinion. This is a keeper.
