These wafers tasted delicious & were easy to make. My family just loved them. They were nice & crunchy. I used shredded parmesan cheese & the addition of the basil & lemon zest gave them a wonderful flavor. This is a keeper recipe.

I agree with the other recent review - don't give a 1 star rating if you're not following the recipe and using fresh grated parmesan cheese and the other correct ingredients in the recipe. Obviously, if you were following the recipe correctly, it would come out the way it's supposed to - which is delicious!! - Annoyed in New Jersey

I don't understand why someone would bother making a recipe with inferior ingredients and then rate it a 1 star. If you watch Giada's show - and see she's using only the BEST parmesan cheese - how can you possibly think that a canned grated cheese is going to be the same?? Don't come on this site and rate it a 1 star. You bring her total rating down when you do it.

I just made them for the first time. It's was OH so easy! I mixed the ingredients on wax paper and then I used Parchment Paper... from the grocery store... on the baking sheet. Clean up was a snap! : USE SHREDDED PARMESAN. You don't even have to shred it yourself either. They sell shredded parm in bags in the cheese section of your grocery store.

Sometimes simple is better. Tried these with the basil and lemon zest and plain without. Everyone preferred the plain ones.

I thought this snack was very different. It was very greasy and salty. I did like it.
