These are so easy and delicious. Every time I make them, I get so many compliments. These are way more unusual than plain parmesan tulles or wafers.

I have seen Giada make these more than once; they look so light, crispy, & tasty! I thought for certain these would be a hit, but they weren't. I used grated parmesan which may have been the problem. They didn't spread out, they burned quickly, & they tasted pretty bad overall. They wouldn't stay in tact while trying to serve & eat. No good. I doubt I'll try these again, but after reading everyone else's reviews I guess they come good if you use real shredded parmesan.

These were so easy to make, and they really added to the presentation of a dish of risotto I made.

These were so delicious. Made dozen to go along with Spicy Tomato Orzo vegetable soup. Used parchment paper and had no problem. Wife loved them.

I thought I had found a winner with the Pampered Chef cheddar crisps, but WOW!... these are wonderful. I took them to my office and everyone loved them. Give them a try.

These are so yummy, easy and great for snacks or for a party appetizer. It doesn't get any easier - and they are flavorful and no one can believe it's only 3 ingredients.

These were so delicious. Splurge on real cheese and basil - and the silpat was a lifesaver in cleanup!
