i just made this for dinner and it was delicious. I did not use as much oil for the dressing ad the broccoli and cauliflower has alot of flavor and oil feel after draining. This is definitely a great dish warm. I added small salad shrimp as well. Tomorrow I will take it ot lunch cold and see how it tastes. This dish also filled me up rather quickly :

Very simple to make and tastes amazing!! One of my favorite recipes from Giada! And this dish could be loved by more than just veggie lovers!

I like the combination of light and substantial in this salad. The flavors blended really well. I don't usually like frying things but it wasn't too messy.

This is our FAVORITE salad recipe--it is soooooooooooooo good! I use the dressing for almost all other green salad dressings too. I could seriously drink the dressing--it's that good.
Make it today.

My daughter made this salad for our lunch and it was delicious. I had to have the recipe because I am planning to serve next time we have guests.

It was pretty good. Not sure if I would make it again. I think if I do, I will cook the vegetables tempura style, that might work out better.

Strange combo. I usually like everything Giada presents. This was a rather tough and gooey mess. Followed the recipe to the T but it was just not good.
No one liked it at table. I am really surprised and quite disappointed as I was looking for something special and different than our old standbyes for Easter.

Love this recipie! although, We never made it as a salad. We made the Broccoli and Cauliflower and had them as a side dish instead of putting it in a salad! It is better than french fries! and Healthier if you dont deep fry! I pan fried with little oil ;
