    It was pretty good. Not sure if I would make it again. I think if I do, I will cook the vegetables tempura style, that might work out better.

    Strange combo. I usually like everything Giada presents. This was a rather tough and gooey mess. Followed the recipe to the T but it was just not good.
    No one liked it at table. I am really surprised and quite disappointed as I was looking for something special and different than our old standbyes for Easter.

    Love this recipie! although, We never made it as a salad. We made the Broccoli and Cauliflower and had them as a side dish instead of putting it in a salad! It is better than french fries! and Healthier if you dont deep fry! I pan fried with little oil ;

    All the dishes were fast and easy to complete, which is what I love!! Delicious sounds so mundane describing the look and taste of each dish, so I will say spectacular!!! Can't wait to fix them again!!!!!

    My wife and I loved this! I cut the lemon juice in half (and did use the zest as I find almost all recipies have tice as much lemon than my personal taste would want. My wift said the lemon oil ratio was perfect. I still thought it might have been a little too much; but not so much as to make me not want seconds. I give 5 stars becasue I know the recipie is excellent, and my one complaint is based on my personal preference.

    What is interesting about this dish is the layers of flavor in it. Almost every bite is slightly differnt, but always good.

    We have placed it on our A list.
