Wow, what a great recipe for us low carb people. Lots of fiber and crunch and overall deliciousness. A great recipe all around.

I was a little skeptical about this recipe because I'm not big on fried vegetables, but this had a very crisp, buttery taste that was also light. I will definitely make this again.

Personally, I have never used cauliflower in cooking---ever. Can't stand the taste or smell of it, or so I thought. This was GREAT!
    My kids loved it, even.

I love this recipe! I almost didn't make it since some of the reviews said it was a bad recipe. Are you kidding me?! I love it and I'm sure it will become a family favorite! Way to go, Giada!

This is a very strange recipe for a segment that's supposed to feature lite and healthy recipes. Take perfectly healthy veggies and deep fry them - no thanks.

I tried this recipe and it turned out great. Very yummy. It's healthy and satisfies my craving for something a little salty and fried.
Make sure you really coat the broccoli and cauliflower thoroughly with egg or your cheese won't stick. Have patience while waiting for each side of the florets to brown, I turned my first batch too soon and the cheese fell off :(
