So easy to make and soooooooo delicious. It is almost fall, so I serve them with saurkraut, cooked apples, and macaroni/cheese casserole. Always a hit when you have company, or just for the family.
All recipes are from Ina's kitchen and have never gone wrong!!

Usually when I cook pork, it comes out really dry and tasteless. I was so happy when I found this recipe. I did a couple of things differently due to slightly different ingredients I had on hand. I used shaker Parmesan cheese instead of fresh, and I only had plain breadcrumbs on hand so I added Italian Seasoning to it before breading the pork. Came out wonderfully and was a big dinner hit. Will definitely recommend and make again!

Could not find pork chops as thick as the recipe called for, but I just reduced the cook time. 2 eggs was not enough for all 4 porkchops. I was hesitant to squeeze the lemon on top, but what the heck, I was glad I did. It added a nice subtle flavor that enchanced the rest of the flavors. I would make this again

I really can't think of a better way to enjoy this particular cut of pork. The process is easy, the chops cook fast and they're so tasty. My whole family enjoys this dish, so thanks Giada for another great recipe!

I'm not sure why this received such a high rating...very bland. Lacks complexity.

These pork chops were so easy and delicious! I cooked them a little more slowly on the stove so they would get cooked through to the center without overcooking the coating, and they were super tender. Great food!
