The parmesan gives it a great flavor and the lemon is a wonderful addition. I browned the chops on the stove and put them in the oven to finish cooking. I put them in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes

These pork chops were delicious! I plan on trying this recipe again with chicken cutlets. It reminded our family of a dish we have eaten at Noodles.

I made these pork chops last night for my husband and one of our friends and the three of us loved these pork chops. They are delicious! They are so easy to make. I will definitely be keeping this recipe for future dinners.

I made two batches with two different sizes of center cut pork chops. The first batch, the chops were about 1 inch thick and they came out great. They were not burnt at all. They were a perfect golden brown. The second batch, I used about 2 inch think pork chops and they got pretty burnt. I am assuming they got burnt because they take longer to cook. They were still tasty but I preferred the smaller pork chops better. Maybe this will help Dtschaedel out with the question about the burnt chops.

Delicious, quick and easy. I keep a copy of my favorite recipes taped to the inside of my cabinet doors for quick reference, and this will certainly be added to that collection. I will try with tenderized chicken breast also. Thank you Giada.

Well, I've followed the directions to the T... My crust is more of a black than a golden.... what's going wrong???

When I took it off and one side is black and the other side is brownish-black. It tastes alright, but I'm sure it could taste 110% better. Help me!!!!

This recipe was amazing, and easy! I had everything on hand to make this wonderful crust and the fresh lemon squeezed on at the end, it brings out all the right flavors and contrasts. Mmmmmmmm. I will certainly make this one again.

One of my favorite recipes, it come together quickly and is simple to make. My husband is always happy to come home and find these pork chops on his plate. This recipe is versatile, it goes well with just about anything. The first time I made them I had a hard time getting the parmesan to stick to the chops, so I followed the advice of another reviewer and added half of the cheese to the egg and another half to the bread crumbs. It worked great!
Don't be discouraged by some of the reviews, if your chops are thin enough they will not burn.

Very tasty and very easy! Will be our go to boneless pork chop recipe. My whole family loved it. I took one other reviewers advice and mixed the cheese into the eggs and breadcrumbs. I browned in the frying pan, then put them in the oven on convection bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Family loved it!! Thanks Giada.

You can't go wrong with this recipe! I needed a quick, delicious recipe for last minute dinner guests and these pork chops were a big hit. I followed the suggestions to turn down the heat and cook a few minutes longer on each side-they came out perfectly. Thanks!
