This was a great recipe even though I burned it, we just scraped off some of it. So make sure to keep the heat on low.

I liked a new way to cook pork chops, but make sure they are thawed all the way because they tend to get a little done on the outside

It was so easy. My 12 year old was thrilled because she prepared the meal herself.

I bought a butterlied center cut chop. I divided into the two natural halves. The size allowed for the meat to be perfectly done. It tasted sweet and succulent.

This recipe was not only easy but the pork chops were absolutely delicious. To add to the meat entree, I also made Giada's macaroni and cheese and zucchini & carrot a scapece. The meal was perfect.

I made this with the Roasted Chicken with Balsamic Vin. This was much better! It was easy to make, I used thicker chops! I sauteed them until the crust was....crusty! Then I popped them in the oven for about 30 minutes, they turned out perfect! I ate them for leftovers the next day and they were even better! I even added a little of Giada's Simple Tomato Sauce, which is unreal. If you have a food processor, you need to make that tomato sauce! I add some cream, and grated parmesan---unreal!!!! Giada--Thanks~
