When you come home from work dead tired, but want something really good for dinner - with very little effort you have something great. The topping was crunchy and tasty, the pork was moist. I did find that 6 minutes on each side was not enough time. Since I was roasting potatoes, I put the chops in the oven for about 5 minutes and it was ready to go.

I absolutely loved these! They were so easy to make, and we loved them. I'm a busy mom and don't have much time to plan or prepare meals, but this took no time at all. I had everything already in the kitchen!

My husband asked how to make it, that says something. Also a fast recipe, that delivers great flavor.

Nice change to a fried pork chop. Normally I would have rated this one three stars, but the ease of making this one pushed it to a four. The Parmesan was not strong enough for me, next time I will use more cheese and less bread crumbs.

This recipe was fantastic. I've abandoned cooking pork for years because it always comes out tough. This was delicious, tasty and pretty tender... I might take the suggestion of marinating it next time. Great!

I liked this recipe because it was quick and really yummy. I already had most of the ingredients on hand so all I had to do was go to the store for the pork chops. I really enjoyed this recipe!
