If you've been to Germany/Austria or had "Wiener Schnitzel", this recipe is very similar. The lemon MAKES the whole dish... very easy to make and YUMMY! Highly recommended!

This is a keeper in my house. I cooked them on medium heat and they turned out perfectly.

I do not do a lot of the cooking in my household, but when I suprised my husband with these one evening, he couldn't stop raving about them! Good Job!

Growing up I had an aversion to pork chops....I've since learned that mom's method of preparing them is NOT the only way, and they can taste good and be tender. This recipe may have produced the tastiest, most tender pork chops ever. I highly recommend it!

Very tasty and easy to do. I work and it still is easy to come home and cook supper with ideas like this.

Very nice flavor -- the lemon weges are a must -- I was going to skip them and one bite without them convinced me I was wrong.

This is very similar to a recipe that I often use on chicken and pork. I tried this, and it was very good. : I like mine a little better though! I like my pork fruity. Try using 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest mixed in with the egg. I serve with chunky applesauce. I am so cliche, I know.
To reduce the triple dipping, mix the cheese with the egg or bread crumbs. It turns out just as well. This also makes awesome chicken tenders or nuggets. They are tastier and healthier than anything deep fried.

Another new family favorite. I also had to put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Next time I'll try a thinner chop.

This recipe is a good standby recipe for a quick, hearty meal. When the weather heats up as it now is, I stay away from using the oven and stick to the grill or frying pan. This recipe allows for that. I tried using another reviewer's suggestion of continuing cooking on the rangetop with lid ajar to cook through the chops completely; that worked very well. Save the 'oven method' for fall and winter!

This is an easy recipe to follow, and it came out great! I highly recommend it to anyone who likes pork chops with a touch of cheese and italian. Excellent!
