It is very good. Maybe doesnt need an hour to bake. But, it is very good. I used what the ingredients required and it worked out well.

I loved the simplicity of this recipe!! I doubled the garlic, used half the oregano, added fresh basil and ricotta cheese! It was simply magnificent!!!! Will make again! And plan to add pre-cooked Italian sausage to change it up.

Simple and Delicious!! This is a very simple recipe and I like the fact that you can play with it to suit your taste. I used half the crushed tomatoes called for in the recipe (thought it might be too acidic for me and my husband and added a cup and a half of vegetable stock. I used Italian seasoning and few leaves of fresh basil and about 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese to the mixture. It looked beautiful, was tasty and my husband loved it too!! Thanks Giada for a wonderful recipe.

This was just not good. There was no depth of flavor and the consistency of the pasta was all wrong (some pieces were mushy and other pieces were too al dente. I like Giada, but the recipe fell short.

We added sauteed choriso because the basic recipe sounded monotonous. It worked out really well. A hearty easy dish we'll make again and again.

This was a fun and easy recipe that smelled and looked delicious. It was tasty but I think there was far too much oregano. I'm not a big fan to begin with (I never use it in recipes and I only used half of what the recipe called for and it was still too much. Keep this in mind even if you like oregano--1/4 cup is a lot for that amount of pasta. I will make it again, though!

What a fun recipe! It was really easy, and quite tasty! I've been trying to incorporate one vegetarian dinner into our family meal plan, and getting my husband to get on board with it has been a challenge. He saw this episode with me and asked me to make it for "meatless monday" so it was great to have a recipe that he was interested in. I added some chopped portabella mushrooms for some added meatiness, and I think it was a good addition. I think next time I might add some goat cheese and a breaded crust. I do think that the recipe was pretty acidic, but it didn't bother me. I just think some cheese would be a good addition!

Giada is always on the top of my list, but this recipe was way too acidic for my taste buds, also too much oregano, wont make again
