This soup was easy and delicious. It reminded me of my grandmother's. A definite thumbs up!

This is perfect comfort food, reminding me of time spent in the kitchen with my late mother. Thanks, Giada, for a wonderful recipe and for giving us the chance to "meet" your aunt and your mother, they are lovely!

Very simple and delicious. A great winter night's meal. I add chic peas and 2 different types of beans. Our favorite hearty soup!

I substitute garbanzo beans and add carrots and celery. Pancetta is a must. Bacon makes it too smokey for me. Right now using broken up Trader Joe's egg papardelle.

I made a few small adjustments - I added celery and carrots and 1/2 cup of dry white wine. Followed the rest of the directions exactly with excellent results. Delicious with a nice Chianti Classico.

This was a quick and easy pasta dish. I combined the red kidney beans and garbonzo beans for color and texture. Delicioso! This is a keeper!

Outstanding. I was raised in a town that was predominately Italian and remember the kids all praising "Pasta Fazoo"! NOW, I know! And it is so easy to make.
