This has everyone in my family raving - even my super-picky 5-year-old. The fresh herbs added so much flavor! It went together so easily, it's definitely going in the regular rotation.

This was easy to make and even lends itself to a few adjustments (like bacon instead of pancetta, and I even had to use some vegetable broth to supplement my chicken broth. The outcome was outstanding; my whole family loved it.

This recipe was easy, flavorful and filling. We especially liked the infusion of the herbs from the sachet. Not overpowering. I would not have thought to puree the beans and add as a thicking agent, but it works so well and does not dilute the flavor. Great soup - Thanks Giada
