I thought the capers made the dish a lil salty, but overall we loved it. I love adding breadcrumbs to any pasta dish

Very tart and lacked flavor. I really wanted to like this, even though I saw a few reviews mentioning it was bland. So I added 2 cloves of chopped garlic and a 1/2 tsp of red chili pepper flakes and was a bit generous with the salt and pepper before baking the tomato mix. I cooked it longer than called for to crisp up the bread crumbs, but once you mix everything together, they become mush and add nothing to the dish. Sorry for the poor review!

I just made this for dinner and it was delicious! My family is not a big fan of capers, so I added some balsamic vinegar to the tomatoes to substitute and still have that hint of "vinegar" flavor in the sauce. I also added slices of spicy italian sausage to the pasta since I have a husband who doesn't feel that a meal is complete without meat. I will definately make this again! So flavorful and super easy.

Great recipe. I used baby heirloom tomatoes instead of grape or cherry and added shallots and garlic to the tomato mixture. Very tasty and easy to put together. I think I might add some chicken sausage or grilled chicken next time, as well.
