This pasta was easy to make and quite delicious. I realized at the last minute that we were out of capers so I subbed in some chopped calamata olives.

Hi Giada! I cooked this recipe today and my family loved it! Especially the steak that you made aside of it. I always love your style of cooking and Italian food. Thank you for the great recipes! You're awesome!

My family loved this! I had to make a couple of adjustments because of the ingredients that I had on hand. I subbed diced canned tomatoes seasoned with basil & garlic for the cherry tomatoes and I had to used grated parm for the cheese! It was really good. I made two pounds of pasta and there was just enough left for lunch the next day. I will definitely make this again. A pretty budget friendly recipe.

I have tried this twice. The first time it seemed to be missing something, so I tried it again, with a few alterations. I added a clove of minced garlic, 3T white wine, a dash of red pepper flakes, and a 1 T. sugar to the tomato, olive oil, caper mix and it came alive! It was soooo good! Everyone who tried it loved it and went home with the recipe. Awesome! thanks, Giada!

If you are a beginner cook, or you're pressed for time, this is a decent and easy dish made with fresh ingredients. But to rate it 5 stars is to do a disservice to the truly exceptional recipes that Giada has to offer. Compared to many of her other pasta creations, this is strictly okay. In my opinion, not a make-again.

I tried this recipe, it was amazing. My wife loved it. I added grilled chicken to the pasta. It gave it another layer of deliciousness!

OBL = One bowl left recipe, and everyone wants to take it for lunch the next day. Thanks again Giada!

I had to add garlic, onion, chili & tomato sauce to make this dish more exciting, it's a bit boring & bland. Probably won't make it again.
