This is the second pasta dish I have tried from Giada in two weeks and both have been a success. I did add 2 garlic cloves to the tomatoes before roasting them. I didn't have any capers but will try them next time. Overall I thought this was a wonderful dish. The roasted tomatoes give the overall taste a little sweetness. I will be making this dish again.

This recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight! I added one minced garlic clove to the tomatoes before they went in the oven. I also used a high quality extra virgin olive oil since there were so few ingredients. It was delicious!

This recipe is soooo good. I have all 4 of Giada's cookbooks and I've had great success with all of her recipes. This Pasta Ponza is my new favorite. The breadcrumbs add so much depth to the "sauce". I added sliced shallots with the tomatoes before roasting. What a simple recipe! I'll definitely make this again and again.

I saw this on the show the other day and picked up some cherry tomatoes when I went to the store. I used peppercorn pecorino because I didn't have any plain, plus I love pepper, so I use it a lot instead of plain pecorino romano. Other than that I followed recipe exactly. I thought it was missing garlic (was surpised she didn't put any in there, so I sprinkled some garlic powder and it really added to it. So, next time I make it, I am going to add some minced garlic in with the tomatoes. All in all though really tasty!

We just had this dish tonight and it was wonderful! The recipe was very fast and easy to put together. The tomatoes made the dish taste light and fresh. I especially liked the breadcrumbs with the dish. They gave the dish a wonderful taste and some texture, yet did not weigh the pasta down. I used orange cherry tomatoes as well as the red and yellow. Let me tell you, the pasta looked so beautiful with the tomato colors, green parsley and the pasta! I will certainly make this recipe again!

This recipe is everything I love about food. A few simple ingredients combined for exceptional flavor. This was my first time using pecorino romano cheese and it was perfect - salty and melty - it perfectly complimented the tomato/caper sauce. I followed the recipe, but added a few kalamata olives at the end. This simple dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

I love this pasta dish! Made it tonight and everyone raved about it. My family thought I spent hours making this but they would never know how easy it was to put all the ingredients together. The cherry tomatoes were so tasty and sweet. When I was tossing the hot pasta and cheese together, I heard the pasta "talking" just the way Giada described her childhood experience with her grandfather. It was so fun!
Giada, I love your show. You are my true inspiration! Keep the great recipes coming!
