    I have just made this for a 2nd time and I wouldn't make any modifications! Roasting the vegetables makes them soft, sweet and fabulous. This is so incredibly easy to make as are the rest of Giada's recipes. I have yet to be disappointed. Side note: I met her at a book signing a few weeks ago and she was super-nice and friendly and very accomodating to her fans. She even stood up from the book signing table for everyone that wanted a picture. She rocks.

    I wasnt sure if this would have alot of flavor or not! all i have to so is YUMMMMMMMMMMMMY! I was so full and i kept eating more! My hats off to the chef! Deeeeelish!

    This pasta dish is simply, delicious, and is great for dinner or entertaining. Try adding organig Chicken Basil Sauagage to please the meat eaters...this recipe is great both ways!

    I've had this same dish in a top notch restaurant, and I have to say it didn't even compare to your receipe! You have a talent....hope you continue giving us these great receipes for a long time!
