    I made this dish for my family after watching the episode on TV. It was so simple, and while the veggies cook you're free to do other things. It was absolutely delicious - my sister took 3 helpings. I highly recommend it.

    I have tried other versions and this one is truly my favorite. It's easy, quick and great depth of flavor. You can add more veggies, garlic..whatever is your family's preference. Can't go wrong with this one.

    Beautiful is the first word would come into your mind when you see this dish cause it's colorful and with that kind of pasta looks great and the taste is unbelievable .... Enjoy

    When I made this receipe, I cut it in half as it was only for my husband and myself. But we had enough for another meal the next night. Which by the way tasted better the seccond time around. I had added additional garlic and pepper to the original cooking. The second time I added white wine as a liquid, just enough to moisten. Then microwaved it to warm it and added additional reggiano cheese. Would make this again and do it the night before.

    I love this recipe. It is so healthy and so very tasteful.
    I enjoyed chopping all the colorful vegetables and seeing them come together in an extremely receipe.

    It took a long time to slice the veggies, but really, this is a great tasting dish that is also good FOR you!

    Totally worth the time it took to make this. I added a little extra parmesan cheese to mine.

    This was so easy to make. I cut vegis ahead so this made a delicious, fast weeknight dinner. The family just ate it up. Definitely a KEEPER.
